Spring Time in My Yard in Arkansas

Today is Mother's Day in the US and I got a call from my son in Colorado.  It was snowing there and is humid and warm here.  I decided I needed to share some of the flowers currently blooming in my yard.  So far as some have died down others have started to bloom.  I finished planting the annuals I grew in my greenhouse his year.  I hope as this group stops blooming the annuals will start.

Not a flower but one of the hummingbirds that are visiting my feeder.  She is a female ruby throated.  The only ones we have here. 

This one is guarding the feeder.  They are very aggressive and do not like to share even though there are four feeding stations.
